iv) George Newbery, Biggleswade, gentleman. Reciting will of Willaim Brunt, deceased, proved (PCC) on 21 Jan 1828.
Reciting death of Thomas McGrath, one of the trustees, in 1838. William Brunt, son of the testator, is also now deceased, leaving 7 children, i.e. M A White, William Brunt, Sarah Race, John Brunt, junior and Thomas Perkins Brunt, and also Charles and Frederick Brunt who died in 1834 as infants. William Brunt the son, died in 1833 and his widow, Elizabeth, married John Race, Bigleswade, widow, and so trusts set up for her, have ceased. now in consid of £735 paid to ii), with consent of i), by iii)
i) with agreement of ii) convey to iii) - piece of ground situated near Langford Street called the Spectacles second close (4acres). --- 8 cottages erected on part of said close . --- right of way 12ft wide
iv) to be trustee for iii) if necessary. Signatures i) and ii). Endorsed receipt
