    i) Samuel Wells, Biggleswade, brewer, John Foster, Biggleswade, merchant (as executors of George Cooper, deceased) ii) Adolphus Meetkeeke, John Harvey and James Cecil Graves, Esqs, and Henry Baker and John Markham, clerks (5 of the trustees appointed under various acts of Parliament regarding the Stevenage to Biggleswade turnpike road) iii) Samuel Davis, junior, Ampthill, gentleman. i) Put property of said George Cooper, deceased up for sale by auction on 8 Oct last [1806] subject to yearly quit rent of 3s but free of land tax which had been redeemed, now in consid of £300 (being £270 for the land and £30 for the timber). i) release to ii) - Piece of close of pasture or arable called the Spectacles (4 acres) or so much as is freehold, in Biggleswade, copyhold part of said land will be surrended into hands of Lord of the Manor, within one month. Whereas iii) is interested in said piece of land for remainder of term of 1000 years created by deed of 8 Decemebr 1779 between a) John Taylor, Biggleswade, grocer b) John Barber in trust for heirs of George Cooper and to attend the inheritence now iii) will be interested in said piece of land for residue of said term in trust for ii) sigs i) and iii) Endorsed receipt.
