    Reciting that George Cooper, deceased, held - cottage in Mill End, Biggleswade, the mill lying on the west formerly in occupance William Lindsell, then Robert Cooper, then Henry Cooper and late George Cooper. - cottage in St Andrew's Street, Biggleswade, once in occupance William Lindsell, then Henry Cooper and George Cooper (George Cooper was admitted to one moiety on 26 and 27 April 1784 and to other moiety on 16 and 17 Oct 1789). - Spectacles Close (4 acres) or so much as is copyhold, remaining part thereof having been lately purchased by the trustees of the turnpike road. George Cooper made his will on 4 Aug 1806 by which he assigned all his property to Samuel Wells, Biggleswade, brewer, and John Foster, Biggleswade, merchant, in trust for sale. Said Samuel Wells and John Foster are now admitted to the premises
