To wife house in Harley Street and £300. To trustees: estate at Cokethorpe, Oxfordshire, bought of Earl Harcourt in 1765, and a farm bought of Wansell; ¼ part of lease of Staverton manor, Devon; various sums of money; for 2 daughters; reversion to nephew Seymour Larpent on his taking the name of Western; reversion to Charles Collis Western of Essex. 3 January 1799. Endorsed with note of Maxwell Western’s death 7 January 1801 and of 2 daughters.
