    Reciting that at a court held on 2 and 3 October , one William and Mary [1689], that Jane Whiteing, on 3 May 1689, surrendered - part of a copyhold close called the Spectackles, in Biggleswade, at the town end leading to Langford, to the uses of her will said Jane made her will on 14 Aug 1689 and gave above property to Mary, wife of Anthony Reynolds, gentleman, one Mary Easton, daughter of John Easton, London, junior. If Mary died under 21 and childless, then property to go to sister, Ann Greenwood, widow, for life and then to cousin, John Easton, for ever. Jane Whiteing is now dead. Mary Reynolds is over 21 and has children. Mary Reynolds is now admitted tenant to above property
