To kinsman John Rutt feather bed & bedstead & bedding.
To friend Benjamin Ryland of Biggleswade, mercer & draper, £5.
To nephew Edward Pearson ls.; nephew William Mann property at Langford for life; then to great niece Mary Ann, wife of John Ell, junior, dwellinghouse at Langford occupance Joseph Pateman; and to friend John Street of Langford, dealer in strawplait, 2 houses now occupied as one by James West, & messuage with 3 gardens in own occupance; then to George son of said John & Sarah; subject to £20 p.al to housekeeper Rhoda Brunt, & after Rhoda Brunt's death to Mary Ann Ell.
Also to Mary Ann Ell (after death of William Mann) 2 dwellinghouse formerly erected by testator at North end of orchard or close near ford in Landford, occupance Edward Moseley & John Ainsworth; but charged with 3s.6d. weekly to her brother William Pearson on his arrival in England and not before; also best bed, hangings & furniture, 6 best chairs, elbow chair matching thereunto, dressing table, pillar or claw table, brass egg slice, brass ladle, brass pestle & mortar, to housekeeper Rhoda Brunt certain furniture for life, then to Samuel Street, son of John & Sarah; also large lookingglass in parlour & coffer in bedroom;
To Ann, wife of neighbour & tenant James West, swing-glass with drawer.
