To trustees (brother William Collins Cumming, Essex; William Walker, Middlesex; nephew James Berkeley Ince, Middlesex) other estates or investments, to pay income of wife for life; then to brother William Collins Cumming and to sister Anna Maria Ince of Ramsgate; then to be divided among her sons & daughters.
