(i) Mary Miller of Wrestlingworth, widow & devisee of John of Potton, tailor & of son of John of Wrestlingworth, tailor; daughters Rebecca, Mary, Jane.
(ii) John Rogers of Potton, cooper, & George Pedley, gentleman, trustees; recites will of John, senior, 30 October 1794, devisee to wife for life, then son, with sums of money to daughters, son died 16 Aug. 1796;
They have conveyed 8 acres in the common fields of Wrestlingworth, occupance James Mathews, & common of p. for 3 cows belonging to 2 cottages to Thomas Waters of Eyeworth, yeoman, for £150; after deducting costs,£129 is to be handed to trustees to be invested (£30).
