    (i) William Hankin & John Raymond of Potton, gentlemen. (ii) James Underwood & Matthew Rugeley & Thomas Hankin, gentlemen. Stephen Raymond, woolstapler, John Kitchin junior, baker, John Carrington, ironmonger, George Kitchin & John Gilbert, yeoman, (iii)Joseph Hinson, gentleman(all of Potton) -- A messuge & close called Potters in Horseloe Street, Potton. The messuage is now converted into a workhouse & the close occupied George Kitchin. -- Allotment in Windmill Field, 3 acres, abutting West on common; now occupied James Raymond. On trust:- To repair said messuage & pay residue of rents to vicar, churchwardens & constables, who shall have thereout 12d. apiece, & said trustees 20d, & residue be distributed among Potton poor, under will of William Potter. Witnesses: William Fowler of St, Neots, brewer; Eligah(Elijah) Parking of St. Neots, millwright; John Fitzjohn.
