Muspratt of London, (trustees of Sir John Jackson, formerly London, Late Arlesey, bart., deceased) (ii)Samuel Wilson of Holme, Biggleswade, Gentleman (iii) Sir William Long of Kempston, knight Recites:- will of Sir John Jackson, 1819; dev. to trustees manors of Astwick, Etonbury & Langford; advowson of Astwick & Arlesey; Impropriate rectory of Langford; & all his property, freehold and copyhold, in Astwick, Langford, Stotfold, Arlesey & Henlow, on trust to sell, Samuel Wilson was highest bidder for certain great tithes, Sir William Long being purchaser of a larger part -- The following great tithes:- The site of the freehold messuage; 5 acres in Langford, at one time occupied Walter Love, now Richard Kingsley (purchased from T. Brand); 3 1/2 acres in Langford (1 1/2 acres in Southfield, 2 acres in Middle Field), formerly estate of Abe. searle, occupied Richard Kingsley; site of copyhold messuage formerly occupied John Norman; 20 acres arable in open fields of Langford, formerly occupied Thomas Inskip, then Samuel Wright, now Richard Kingsley; 2 acres meadow formerly occupied Elizabeth Rooks, since Samuel Wright, now Richard Kingsley (being copyhold part of premises purchased from T. Brand); 7 1/2 acres copyhold in Middle Field, purchased of William & Thomas Pateman, occupied Richard Kingsley; and all else late the estate of Sir. John Jackson. 1 acre in Holme field in a place called Short Blake, bel. to Earl Spencer, occupied Edward Smith. Altogether both freehold and copyhold 46 acres 33 poles.
