She knows Caddington Woodside, which is described in indenture of 1774 as 'cottage at Woodside occupied heretofore by John Beech, late Elisha Bradwin, now Edward Coleman, Minnings closes, 8 a., Colliers woods, 12 a.'; declares that messuage at Woodside now occupied by Thomas Chesham was built on part of said woodland; what was formerly called Minnings closes is now 2 closes called Woodside Fields and 1 close called Cupid's grove;
also she declares that her sister Frances (who married James Tomson) died 1824 aged 65.
