as to ¼ of Anne Vivian and son Hanniball;
as to ¼ of Thomas Southcot esquire, Sir Anthony Rowse and wife Elizabeth;
as to ¼ of Thomas Rudgeway esquire and son Sir Thomas;
a new erected house and shop in the occupation of Thomas Bickford, and a close called Bouchers (further details), with common of pasture on Leighmore in the parish of Shaugh.
