In each case except the first a stay-over has to be made in Dollar areas for which it is doubtful if we could get money. Flying does not appeal to us, particularly up in the frozen wastes of Canada. Barbados to Liverpool or Southampton: A - Barbados to Bermuda by "Trans Canada" plane, thence on to Montreal. Leaves on Saturday only 10.30AM, arrive Montreal 9.30PM 315 Dollars (£70) payable in Stirling [sic], baggage 66lbs. B- Montreal to Halifax by plane, leave 11.30pm, arrive 4.20AM or leave 1.00AM, arrive 5.50am (£14) C - Montreal to Halifax by train takes 24 hours. D - Halifax to Liverpool Sunday March 30th by SS "Samaria" (20.00) 9 days, fare £82 First Class two bedded outside cabin. It will be seen that the train involves a stay 5 days in Montreal. E - Barbados to Kingston by plane Thursdays 9.50AM arrive Kingston 6.35PM F - Kingston to Miami by plane Fridays 7.30AM arrive Miami 11.45AM G - Miami to New York by plane Friday evening (plenty of planes) H - New York - Liverpool on Friday by SS "Samaria" (March 28th) I - New York to Southampton on Friday by SS "America", arrive April 4th. Fare £105 first class two bedded cabin. This again involves a stay of about 5 days, in New York. J - Daily train from Miami to New York (26 hours) fare £25
