Recites 27 March 1739 - Easter Term, 1812, all of which deeds, except the three given below, are included among CD99 - 119:
31 July 1789: Probate Will of Mary Burch, dated 5 August 1788. Her freehold estate at Northill and all her share therein to her daughters Sarah (mother Jeremiah Rosher) and Mary (mother Edward Field) as tenants in common.
9 March 1812: Covenant to levy a Fine:
(i) Edward Field of Boulge Cottage, near Woodbridge, Suffolk, Dr. of Physic, and wife Mary, formerly Burch.
(ii) John Wright of Fleet Street, Bloomsbury, Middlesex, Gentleman.
--One fourth part of a Farm in Thorncot and lands belonging thereto (details given), heretofore of John Winn, deceased late occupancy (blank) Freshwater, now leased to Sellis Ayres of Sandy.
To the uses appointed by (i) or to the uses of (i) for his life or of (ii) in trust for (i) for his life, or to the use of the right heirs of (i).
