To wife Alice, house, 8 acres land, for life; 'she to doo with yt what she lyste to help her 4 children', John, Nicholas, Anne and Alice. To daughters Agnes [sic] and Alice, a featherbed on marriage. To every of them a brass pot and 3 pewter dishes apiece and a pewter pot and candlestick. To sons John and Nicholas, the house and land or on sale of it 20 nobles.
