    (i) William Rudd of Islington, Middlesex, butcher; John Rudd of Biggleswade, yeoman; Richard Rudd of Gt. Queen St., Lincolns Inn Fields, Middlesex, gentleman; George Rudd of Southill, yeoman; William Vincent of parish St. Margaret, Westminster, victualler, and Elizabeth his wife, late Elizabeth Rudd, spinster (the younger sons and daughter of Edmund Rudd, late of Southill, gentleman, deceased who was son of Edward Rudd late of Biggleswade, gentleman deceased, and legatees of last named). (ii) Edward Rudd of Biggleswade, gentleman, eldest son of Edmund and heir-at-law and executor of Edward. Recites: CD168. That Edward the grandfather died 13 January 1766; That (ii) desiring not to sell the testators real estate, has agreed to pay to (i) the sums bequeathed to them upon their releasing to (ii) all rights in the said real and personal estate; That (ii) has offered to give Richard Rudd £150 besides the legacy due. -- -- All rights and title in the real personal estate devised by testator in the will recited.
