    To his mother Mary Renalds: £200 in manner specified. To his sister Dorothy Renalds: £300 at the age of 21, the interest meanwhile to go to her maintenance, or to her children at 21, equally; in default, to his brother Anthony and sister Mary equally; To brother Anthony: 31 acres arable meadow and pasture in common fields of Wyboston and Eaton Socon, occupied Thomas Wiles. To sister Mary: all other messuages etc. she paying the monetary legacies, also the crop of corn grain and hay that shall be growing on any of the lands in his own occupation, also all wearing apparel and all linen and woollen. To his brother Anthony: the rest of his personal estate, he paying all debts, otherwise the lands given him to go to his sister Mary, she paying the debts. Sole executrix his sister Mary. To be guardians of his sister Dorothy: his mother and his sister Mary. Witnesses: Richard Sansom, John Legas, Edward Sparhawke.
