[Recites:- 1 February 1631/2 (Mortgage? Lease for 100 years.) (i) Sir Thomas Fanshawe of Ware Park, knight and baronet. (ii) Sir William Boteler of Teston, Kent, knight and baronet. Richard Fanshawe, brother of Sir Thomas; Oliver Boteler senior; ] Sir William Boteler is since dead; and to the intent that the estate of Oliver Boteler senior may not be transferred by survivorship (he being engaged for the debts of Sir Thomas Fanshawe) Oliver Boteler senior now transfers to Oliver Boteler junior.
