Recites: 30 September 1724: Mortgage, 500 years: £200: Mary Reynolds as Mary Reynolds of Bleakhall, Biggleswade, widow to Joan Phipp: -- 2 pieces arable called Symonds Pieces (each 5 acres) , occupied Henry Rudd. That the mortgage was not redeemed. That (ii) has agreed to the absolute purchase of the property together with other copyhold property held of the Manor of Biggleswade for the sum of £500 of which £200 is to be paid to Joan.
