confirms previous arrangements (no details) for lands for youngest son George & for raising £1,000 each for daughters Hester & Amy;
to mother Amy Long, widow, silver ewer & basin as pledge of great duty & affection, beseeching her to care for orphan children, who are to obey her;
to wife, coach & coach-horses, confirming rent charge to her of £100 p.a.;
to daughters Hester & Amy their mother's child-bed linen;
begs Court of Wards to allow brother-in-law William Smallman & kinsman Edward Wingate of Lockleys, & Edmund Wingate of Ampthill tocompound for son's marriage;
to son Francis, executor, residue (the 3 above being supervisors);
