    (i) John Winn of Biggleswade, farmer; Mary Burch, of parish St. Ann, Middlesex, widow and John Smith of same, shipbuilder , devisees in trust and executors of the will of John Winn the elder, late of Biggleswade, currier, deceased. (ii) Edmund Winn of parish St. Ann, gentleman, son and devisee of the said will. (iii) George Salter of Blackwall, Middlesex, gentleman. Recites: CD112; That the lands therein devised as to one half to (i) in trust for (ii) in fee expectant upon the death of Mary, wife of Thomas Baker, now stand charged with a certain sum expended by Thomas in consequence of the Enclosure Act (CD106); and it is therefore judged to be in the interest of (ii) that they should be sold. - The half part of the lands recited in fee expectant upon the death of Mary, in occupance - Freshwater, farmer under Thomas Baker and wife Mary.
