Scope and Content
John Winn of Biggleswade (the elder), currier.
To his wife Catherine:
All his messuages and lands in Biggleswade, freehold and copyhold, for her life, then to his son John.
To his daughter Elizabeth Winn: One equal moiety of the reversion in fee expectant upon the death of his sister Mary, wife of Mr Thomas Baker of all his farms etc. in Northill.
To his son John, Mary Burch of parish of St. Ann commonly called Limehouse, Mx., Lime maker, and John Smith late of Rotherhithe, Surrey, now of said parish, shipbuilder.
The other moiety of the said reversion, in trust for the benefit of his son Edmund Winn and/ or his heirs.
To his wife Catherine:
All his personal estate after payment of debts etc.
