- - farm of all tithes of corn in Luton & ''Challey'' ; which John Dermer lately had;
barn in Dallow manor near great gate of manor; tithes of corn,
New Mill End, East Hyde, West Hyde,
demised to John Fothergill by Edward VI, 1551; after end of lease from Henry VIII to John Femmys;
farm of tithes in Biscot, Limbury, Bramblehanger, Woodcroft;
demised to John Femms after previous one from Henry VIII to Andrew Braye & William Perott;
farm of tithes of corn in Leagrave, occupied by John Fothergill;
demised by Queen Elizabeth to Edward Wingate;
Queen's pleasure is that Edward Wingate, Clerk of the Check of the Guard, shall have a lease in reversion of all the premises to the yearly value of £68.
