A tenement and land in Clapham, now occupied by John Sutton of Bedford, late occupied by John Burton. Endorsed: It is agreed that the 1 1/2 acres of Ravensden furlong shall be reserved to Mr FitzGeffrey, and that the said Bendowe shall have an acre in Woodcroft.
