All his messuages lands and hereditaments in Northill for their lives as joint tenants, then to his brother John Winn.
To his nephews and nieces, John and Edmund and Mary Winn, and to Elizabeth Wells, daughter of Samuel Wells of Biggleswade, Brewer: £10 a piece within one year of his decease . To his sisters Elizabeth and Mary equally: The residue of his goods chattels and personal estate.
