Scope and Content
(i) Thomas Baker of Smithfield, parish St. Sepulchre, gentleman and wife Mary.
(ii) Thomas Jacques of Snowhill in same parish, innkeeper.
(iii) George Maxwell, Late of Graveley, Herts., now of Long Orton, Hunts. and John Hand of Graveley, gentleman (Commissioners).
-- --- A piece of old enclosed land received in exchange of John Harvey (2 acres 1rod 14 poles), Lying between an old enclosure of (i) West and of Thomas Smith, East.
-- -- 4 Pieces of old enclosed land lying together (10 acres 2 rods 27 per.) bounded South East by Thorncot Green, South West and part North by Thomas Smith, the remaining part North by land allotted to (i) and East by the last old enclosure.
