- Scope and ContentDear Hans, You may remember me and my wife and daughter being at Interlaken last year. We stayed at the Hotel Royal and St Georges and you kindly gave me your address at Grindlewald. You mentioned that you could perhaps find us accomodation in Grindlewald and we would like to take advantage of your offer. We want to come on June 28th. My wife and I for a month and my daughter for two weeks. We should like to stay in a Swiss Chalet. We should like good accommodation of course, but we would rather get away from the Hotel kind of life you get in Interlaken. We should like to stay in Grindelwald. At the moment arrangements do not seem to be fixed up with our Government but I have no doubt that they will be before the Season opens up. Unfortunately, we shall be restricted to £35 but we shall find ways, no doubt, of coping with that situation. We are looking forward to coming again to your beautiful country and to seeing the lovely scenery around your own town. With kind regards, Yours truly (H C Janes)
