    (i) Joseph Baker of Old Warden, yeoman and wife Mary. (ii) John Geary of Irthlingborough, Northants, gentleman. (iii) William Pedley of Sutton, yeoman. (iv) Richard Luke of Gamlingay, Cambs ,gentleman. --as in CD84. et al.; --as is CD76 and CD90; --as in CD94 & 5; Recites :4 October 1734, from which date interest on the unpaid principal is due; That (iii) has lent (i) an additional £250. (i)will levy a fine of said property to (iv)before the end of the next Michaelmas term. To use of (ii) until payment of said £400 has been completed, then of (iii) to secure the said £250, then of (i). Witnesses: Thomas Pateman, Samuel Luke.
