inquisition by the sheriff, lease was granted to Denton - made by Thomas Barnardiston, knight, for 70 yrs., to John Daye of St. Anne's Wood, Luton; & was also granted 16 acres land purchased by Daye of Francis Markeham, gent., & 30 acres land purchased of Thomas Evered, & 1 1/2 acres land in the common fields of Luton;
- - above properties assigned to Hygbid for £240 to be paid at rate of £10 each half year;
