    -- A messuage or farm place in Thorncot/Thorncote called St. Anne's Farm; 1/2 acre arable in (blank) field on Ilere (sic) baulk furlong; 1/2 acre arable on (blank) field on Budnoe furlong. 1/2 acre arable in same field abutting on a place called Lowbushes; A piece of arable called Mayes Close (6 acres); 2 pieces meadow (3 acres and a swathe), one in a place called White Faune, the other in a place called Langlake; 2 closes past adjoining the farm (with the orchard and homestall 10 acres). Subject to: Rent charge £8 to Anna, mother-in-law of (i); Rents and sevices to chief lord of the fee; Mortgage, £160 , as in no 41 which is recited.
