    (i) John Thompson of Bedford, grocer, son and heir of Robert Thompson, late of Thorncot/Thorncote, yeoman, deceased. (ii) William Manley of Bedford, gentleman, executor of the will of John Warner, late of Bedford, gentleman, deceased. -- As in CD9 which is recited; Recites also Fine in same year,as: 1 messuage 1 garden 1 orchard 66 acres Iand 5 acres meadow 13 acres pasture in Northill. All which property (except 6 acres arable,and 13 swathes meadow and 1 1/2 acres arable, purchased by John Found and William Carter respectively) descended to John Thompson in fee. -- 14 1/2 acres and sward as purchased by the ancestor of John Thompson (except about 6 1/2 acres arable purchased by or occupancy John Wilmer, clerk), which also desended to John and are now in occupance with St. Ann's Farm. All now occupancy William Ravens or other undertenants of John. --All other freehold property of (i) in Beeston, Thorncot, Hatch, Northill, Ickwell, Caldecote, Sandy and Girtford. Witnesses: William Faldo, William Weale.
