(iii) James Fowler of Woburn, common brewer;

•Proof of the will of Richard Hindes on 7 Oct 1831 in the Archdeaconry of Bedford;
•Inclosure award for Westoning of 5 May 1842 substituted (a)-(b) for (a)-(b) in WL1000/1/WEST1/14;death of John Kirk the younger on 20 Apr 1847 having, by his will of 22 Feb 1839, appointed Samuel May, Joseph Tranter and (ii) as executors;
•The outstanding £120 mortgage money plus interest was paid to (ii), Samuel May and Joseph Tranter on 2 Dec 1847 by (iii) at the request of (i);
•Elizabeth Hindes may no disposition of (a)-(b) in her lifetime;
•(i) had contracted sale of (a)-(b) to (iii)

(b) greater part of the allotment lying in Middle or Cranfield Field, Westoning of one acre, two roods, twenty two poles bounded: on part N and E by (a); part north by ground to be conveyed to the trustees of the Baptist Chapel; E by the fifth allotment to John William Coventry Campion; S and W by third allotment to William Harbett
