    Release and declaration of the uses of a recovery to Edward Aldridge Parties: (i) Edward Burr of Hockliffe, innholder (only son of John and Elizabeth Burr, formerly Elizabeth York) and Mary, his wife; (ii) William Giles of Shire Lane, Lincoln's Inn [Middlesex], gentleman; (iii) William Whitworth of Bedford, gentleman; (iv) Edward Aldridge of Westoning, butcher; William Harbett of Toddington, gentleman (acting in trust for Edward Aldridge); (v) William Stanley of Westoning, shopkeeper Reciting: •WL1000/1/WEST1/3-4; •WL1000/1/WEST1/5 Operative Part •Edward Aldridge paid £86 to (i); •William Harbett paid 10/- to (i); •(ii) paid 10/- to (i) •(i) released (a) to (ii) •Edward Aldridge paid 10/- to (v) •(v) to allow access to the deeds WL1000/1/WEST1/1-6 to Edward Aldridge Property: (a) four roods lying together near Westoning Towns End in Middle Field or Cranfield Field bounded NW and SE by lands of Sir John Everitt and abutting the road from Westoning to Greenfield; in the occupation of Joseph Butcher (b) two lands lying together totalling one acre in Middle of Cranfield Field at a place called Hive or Hoo with land of Sir John Everitt N and S; in the occupation of Joseph Butcher Habendum •to (ii), to the use of (ii) to be perfect tenant to suffer a common recovery (in which (iii), at the cost of Edward Aldridge, would prosecute a writ of entry sur disseisin en le post in Chancery against (ii) for (a)-(b) who will warranty (i) who will also appear and warranty the common vouchee and then default so that judgement is given to (iii) to recover (a)-(b) against (ii) and for (ii) to recover against (i) and for (i) to recover against the common vouchee) to the use of (iv) and the heirs and assigns of Edward Aldridge, William Harbett holding an interest in trust for Edward Aldridge Witnesses: •Ezra Eagles; •William Greene; •B.
