    Attested copy deed of partition Parties: (i) John Burr of Westoning, yeoman; (ii) Edward Burr of Westoning, yeoman, brother of (i) Reciting: •Edward Burr of Westoning, deceased, was, at the time of his death seized of (a)-(j) as well as a personal estate of "considerable value"; Will of Edward Burr of 9 Feb 1735 [1736] bequeathing £150 each to his daughters Elizabeth and Rebecca and devising all his real estate equally between (i) and (ii) Operative Part •In the division (ii) received a greater share of their father's personal estate as well as, (g)-(i) and (i) receiving (a), (b), (c) except half an acre shooting down to Cranfield Bridge, (d), (e) and (f) Property: (a) messuage, malting, dovehouse and premises in Westoning in the occupation of John Burr; (b) adjoining close of five acres; (c) eleven acres of arable dispersed in Cranfield Field, Westoning; (d) two and a half acres of meadow in Cranfield Meadow, Tingrith; (e) half an acre of sward at Wheelers Leys, Westoning; (f) two acres of turf in Low Meadows, Westoning; (g) four roods of arable shooting down towards Wheelers Leys; (h) half an acre at Stony Lane, Westoning; (i) a close of pasture called Bartons Close, Samshill, Westoning; Witnesses: •William Staines; •Nehemiah Brandreth Copy 20 Nov 1807 examined by Titus Knight and Whitley Sale
