(i) Thomas Mayes of Beeston, husbandman.
(ii) Clement Messelyne of Thorncot, (Norrell) Northhill, yeoman.
- - An 'otherell' yard with a house thereon (1 1\2 rods) on Prigdoll furlong in the fields of Thorncot/Thorncote, Northhill, West head on Church Way, East head on Bacon Hedge Furlong , west side on a com. baulk adjoining the Townside, South side next John Everett, with all commons, feedings, profits and commodidities, and also commons for 1 cow 1 bullock and 10 sheep out of farm of (i) in Beeston.
If the house should be lawfully ""pulled and beaten down"" without the consent or collusion of (ii) the of £7 6s. 6d. shall be paid him
by (i) within 6 weeks.
