also 3ac in S. Meadow, Cricklade, Wilts, & messuage & lands called the Bawdhouse or Farfield estate, Cricklade, & South Meadow enclosures adjoining (16ac 2r 9p): remainders to 4 nephews, Matthew Howitt, William Tucker, Stephen Tucker, James Kayess, William Tucker Kayess.
--- all personal estate to Henry Cook & James Kayess in trust to invest proceeds:-
- £100 to wife during widowhood; prinicpal & residue of interest then to Matthew Howitt, Stephen Tucker, Henry Cook, James Kayess & children of William Kayess
--- trustees to apply profits from real estate towards annuity for wife, then after her death or marriage: -
