Certain reservations, including the hen roost chamber, over the hogstyes or calf houses, and the right of keeping a quantity of poultry in the farm yards and at the barn doors. Witnesses: William Cummings, Sarah Fitzhugh. Endorsed with renewal 2 April 1752, but not executed.
