The parsonage house of Great Barford, now in occupation of Richard Willis; the tithes and glebe land; except that part of the parsonage house wherein Barbara Simmons now dwells, and such outhouses and gardens as she now occupies, as also the little parlour now in possession of Richard Willis, the little garden walled in the next street; use of the brewhouse and washhouse and the little copper (in return for which Henry Brown may have the use of her brewing vessels when occasion shall require); use of the great orchard at seasonable times to dry and whiten clothes in; use of the pump in the yard; and liberty at all times to fetch and carry water; all timber and trees.
