    Lease for 3 years, rent per annum £140: William Foster of Bedford, esquire, to Abraham Albone of Warden, yeoman. A capital messuage called the parsonage house in Great Barford; 2 closes called parsonage closes; all manner of tithe; the apples and grass in the orchard 'except such apples as William Foster and his heirs shall eat in walking in the said orchards or at table'. Except: rooms practically the same as specified in FN 263; and except the timber. Witnesses: John Smyth, Thomas Foster, William Johnson, Thomas Heden. Endorsed with memorandum: (1) payment by Abraham Albone of dues to Trinity College (2) William Foster's right to resume interest.
