[Reciting will of William Kempson, late Shillington, yeoman 6 November 1838, died 11 January 1839, proved P.C.C. 5 Aug. 1839,
executors Charles Kingsley, Pirton, & William Hanscombe. Pirton Grange, father of (ii), -- devisees in trust of messuage & lands, Meppershall, purchased of William Bluffield, - to pay rents and profits to wife Elizabeth for her life, then to sell and divide the proceeds equally among nephews and nieces (ii) Is the heir at law of the surviving trustee of the will. Elizabeth Kempson died 6 July, 1868; (i) are the surviving nephews and nieces. Estate sold by public auction, and £312 17 9 has been paid to each of (i)].
