reciting: AL1014, AL1017 reciting: sale of John Smith's estate 25 Feb 1774 reciting: conveyance, 1775, recited AL1018 reciting: AL1018 reciting: Thomas Povey senior was sold the 16ac 1r arable in trust for Thomas Povey junior. It has lately been discovered that 2ac 1r (part of the 16ac 1r conveyed in 1775) were not part of this purchase, but part of the one yard land and 1/2 yard land & 5ac 3r, part of the 1775 purchase, were not part of them, but part of the copyhold land of John Smith. In order to rectify the several mistakes:- --- Slade Close, 1/2ac meadow, 10ac 3r quitclaim by same to (ii) --- 5ac 3r copyhold (details given)
