(i) at direction of (ii) to (iii) in trust ---- all wheat growing on 4acres, part of the farm for which he owes rent to (ii); all barley on 5 acres, and rye on 5 acres, and all 'edge grain' on 8 acres 3rods and all other corn growing on Vauxes Farm, and all straw and chaff.
--- Lease of the farm to (ii) until Michaelmas next that (iii) may sell the corn and pay (ii) the arrears of rent.
