Bond of 1) to 2) for penal sum £120 to confirm mortgage surrender of same date made in manor of Leighton Buzzard als. Grovebury of:
- arable or ley ground called Briggindon Piece in Eggington 10 acres.
- Lammas close in Great Hollingdons in Egginton, 3 acres bounded West by West lane, East by land of Mr John Langley.
Payment of mortgage redemption to be made at Swan Inn at Leighton Buzzard.
