- to son William, moiety of messuage & farm lands, Kempston, (free & copyhold) occupied by Joseph Fesey, & all other real
estate Kempston, subject to mortgage, & with payment of legacies viz: -
- £5 to grandson Benton William Chambers
- £5 to grand daughter Dorothy Green
- £5 to grand daughter Audrey Brooks
- £5 to grand daughter Elizabeth Benton
- to son William Benton, a cow
- to daughter Elizabeth Brooks, gold ring & best feather bed & feather bolster, coverlid, 3 blankets, bedstead and curtains.
- to granddaughter Dorothy Green, large kettle
- to grand son George Winsall, clock
- to granddaughter Ann Winsall, large pottage pot
- to daughter Mary Winsall, residue of household goods & effects at testator's house in Radwell
- to Mr. Thomas Whitworth, Harrold, apothecary, & Mr. John Bull, Milton Ernest, yeoman all household goods & effects on the estates the testator rents in Bedford & Goldington, used by the testator in tye brewing trade, in trust to pay debts incurred in brewing business
& legacies viz:-
- to daughter Elizabeth Brooks £30;
- to daughter Mary Winsall £30;
- to daughter Audrey Chambers £30;

residue to use of sister Ann Walker
- clothes & wearing apparel to be divided equally among 3 daughters & also any surplus of ready cash in equal shares
