Agreement: (i) Oliver Boteler senior of London, esquire, and son Oliver (ii) John Ward of Wilden, yeoman. If John Ward performs convenants in indenture of 19 May 1647, Oliver Boteler will not sue execution of the judgement for £500 which he obtained agaist him in Court of Exchequer. Witnesses: G.
