Roger Miles and late partner Charles Smith, solicitors, c. 1850 were concerned in the sale of an estate at Ewington, in which T.H. Starr & wife Georgiana were interested; that he was at that time clerk in the office, and that the Articles of Agreement were received 5 April, 1839, but cannot now be found, but a copy had been forwarded to G.A. Bunraby. Copy made by the deponent.
