Declaration of Thomas Miles, junior that his late uncle Roger Miles and late partner Charles Smith, solicitors, c. 1850 were concerned in the sale of an estate at Ewington, in which T.H. Starr & wife Georgiana were interested; that he was at that time clerk in the office, and that the Articles of Agreement were received 5 April, 1839, but cannot now be found, but a copy had been forwarded to G.A. Burnaby.
