reciting that as Matthew Knapp married her sister Anna E. Burnaby in 1829, and after her decease, in 1836 married Selina Burnaby, that the 2nd. marriage was null and void. Selina died 4 Oct. 1836, and believed the marriage to be valid. In accordance with her will, letters of administration were granted to Matthew Knapp, 25 April,1854
