Dawe, Esq., Ditcheat, Somerset agreement by (i) and (ii) to convey all real and personal estate of (ii) to (iii) in trust to uses) no settlment was in fact executed, though he married Georgiana Burnaby in 1839; H.A. Dawe died in Van Diemans Land, 1851.
