- to son William moiety of copyhold estate that was left to his mother Ann Bowyer by yer father William Bowyer - to William, moiety of same estate purchased Mr. Keep, subject to payment of £20 to son Thomas, and £25 towards testator's debts. - to son Robert, cottage in which testator dwells, with dresser and shelves over it, the bacon rack and cupboards within the walls to be standards [fittings] - to daughter Hannah, all moveable effects in dwelling house, with all 'aleys and saleys', wearing apparel, and 3 gold rings. - William, Robert, and Hannah to be coheirs to effects outside the house with trade and stock of rushes. Executor: son William; overseers: John Gambrey, James Pratt Witnesses: Thomas Cox, Thomas Page, John Bowyer.
